This is excellent – just what I’ve been looking for! Thanks very much.

One small point – is there any way to preload the images, or at least hide the red x for missing images, as they flash briefly for the small and large images (along with borders showing the size).

It’s not for long, but is a little distracting.

Joel. I’ve made some minor updates to the script, and added a demo to the site now for the tooltips – take a look at the source for the css. I’ve also made the image file that I use available for free download.

Care to elaborate for us newbie’s to jquery? What html and css did you pull from each of those other plugins that is required to make it popup?

Lee, Bloglipi, Dave: The most important thing to check when including the file is the line that reads:

smartredfox.container = ”;

When I include this script on a wordpress page I put the files into wp-includes/js/ so for me this line reads:

smartredfox.container = ‘wp-includes/js/’;

Without this line put in I get the exact same symptoms you describe – I hope this helps.

It may be possible - I haven't looked at the flash files in too much detail. The original .fla files are now available for download from http://www.marcofolio.net/webdesign/create_a_peeling_corner_on_your_website.html.

This is awesome, thank you so much for sharing the code.

I have a question though, how could I make the pop up stick after landing on the page it links to? In simple terms once I’m on the page I wanted to go to (after clicking the menu button) I would like the pop up to stay displayed under that particual selection only.

You have to excuse me though I know absolutely nothing about JQuery, CSS is my forte.

I’m also having the same problem, I have included the jquery script within the head of my shopping cart system. Yet nothing is showing up… very confusing!
